Description

Added new engine called typst, also included typst slug file in contract. Add document_settings in instance which can control few things like, enable or disable QR, table of content and can pass the depth or table of content

Motivation and Context

Initial implementation, later we can use customized frames which is based on typst
Solves table layout issue in latex slugs

Currently in local.
