Add xxh dotfile with default config

Something like `~/.xxhc`:
```
hosts:
  host1:
    -l: snail
    +if:
    ++host-xxh-home: /tmp/.xxh

  # pattern matching
  "host-(.*)":
    # the same interface as arguments
    -p: 2222
```
