Problem Description

Floating windows lose decoration when they are moved or resized.

Expected is their decoration is kept intact, regardless of their positioning.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a workspace with a floating layout like:

myLayoutHook = onWorkspace "float" simpleFloat
2. create an app instance on it (client window has a decoration with a title in tab bar)
3. move or resize that window with mouse or a keyboard shortcuts
4. decoration is lost and doesn't come back (for that particular client), only its border remains
