WAIT time is not precise enough #42

just would like to let you know, that with this commit: f397fae
you introduced regression that wait with just time value is not precise enough.
Before:
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.001 now/time/precise - t
== 0:00:00.001
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.001 now/time/precise - t
== 0:00:00.001
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.002 now/time/precise - t
== 0:00:00.002
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.002 now/time/precise - t
== 0:00:00.002
Now:
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.001 now/time/precise - t
== 0:00:00.002
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.001 now/time/precise - t
== 0:00:00.01
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.001 now/time/precise - t
== 0:00:00.01
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.001 now/time/precise - t
== 0:00:00.019
>> t: now/time/precise wait 0.002 now/time/precise - t
