Help Omar Farwana and His Family Survive the War in Gaza
Who Am I?
Hello, I am Omar Farwana, a father of four children: Zuhair, Aleen, Sara, and Mahmoud. We were displaced from our home in northern Gaza to an unfamiliar area due to the war.
Our Story
During the war, my youngest child was born under intense bombing. Hospitals weren’t accepting men, so I couldn’t even be there for the birth.
My daughter Sara was born with a cleft palate and lip and urgently needs surgery to speak and eat properly. Unfortunately, due to the war, we have no access to proper medical care or the finances to afford treatment.
My baby lacks proper diapers, milk, and nutrition. There is no healthy food for his mother to breastfeed him, and the summer heat is harming him severely.
We Lost Everything… Then Got Robbed
We lost our brand new home—built after a lifetime of saving
I lost my accounting office, my only source of income
My children lost their education, their hobbies, and their future
And as if that wasn't enough, we were robbed of $8,000 while displaced—money we had saved for our daughter’s surgery and food for our children.
Now, we are devastated emotionally and financially. We have nothing left.
My Children Had Dreams
Zuhair, full of life, loved football. He used to go to the club every day. The war destroyed his dreams.
Aleen, 11 years old, loved arts and crafts. Now, she lives in constant fear and cannot sleep at night.
Why I Am Asking for Your Help
Because I simply want:
Urgent medical care for my daughter Sara
Food and basic needs for my children
A safe place to rebuild our lives

Please share this campaign. Please help us.
May God bless you.
Hello, my name is Haley, and I am the one helping Omar and his family with the GFM. I am from Arizona, USA. I will be working behind the scenes to ensure every single donation gets to them via international money wire. I have been speaking with his family for the last year now, to which I was given the honor of being asked to help get them seen and helped. They are kind, loving, and hard working people whose children had dreams that have been ripped away from them, but they only request help to get medical help for their children.
Omar and his wife are incredible parents that need our help. It really does take a village.
I want to personally say thank you to everyone who helps this family, even just by sharing the link. Your help means so much more than you could imagine.
