🎁🎄 I've got something for your Christmas Watch List: Spreadsheet Champions! It's adocumentary following six national Champion students from around the world as they compete in the Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship finals. I just watched it this past weekend, right after coming back from the Excel World Championship in Las Vegas, and totally recommend it. 😄 You are in for a rollercoaster of emotions as you watch these young people dealing with the challenges of participating in a big competition while learning about themselves, their powers and their limitations. Emotions get very intense, especially towards the end. Overall, a delight to watch young people investing in their learning journeys and being very good at spreadsheets at such a young age. THIS IS SO COOL: I spent the last six months partnering with Microsoft and Gap to demonstrate how our AI Mindset methodology transforms the way organizations use Copilot. Finally get to share it! It was a huge success. Microsoft reached out to me this summer with a big idea: would AI Mindset help shift the way people actually approach AI? Copilot is already a phenomenal tool - how do we drive even greater adoption to transform the way people live and work? Gap was all in. Which meant we got to partner with an innovative company leaning hard into AI - and, let's face it, brought an instant cool factor. This all connects to the vision of Mustafa Suleyman, CEO of Microsoft AI: AI can transform how everyone works, regardless of industry, role, or stage of life - millions have access to Copilot - could we rewire how people think so they start working alongside a digital companion rather than just another tool? I spent the day at Gap's San Francisco offices with the brilliant Microsoft 365 team on the research, marketing, and thought leadership side. The early outcomes are remarkable - and replicable.
