Where to Find Mina AI
You can find Mina AI in the Session Replay list in the Filters & Date panel as shown in the screenshot below:
How to Use Mina AI
1. Navigate to your Session Replay list
On the right-side of the banner where the date picker and filters are located, you’ll see the Mina AI panel. Click Ask Mina to start a chat!
2. Ask a question in plain English
Examples:
“Show me users who struggled on the pricing page”
“Find sessions with dead-clicks on mobile”
“Which pages had the most friction yesterday?”
Mina interprets your question and applies filters to your Session Replay list accordingly.
3. Review the sessions or summaries Mina provides
Mina returns a curated list of relevant sessions, and if you ask, can summarize the filtered list.
To close the chat, simply click the icon in the upper right of the chat window - and, to clear your chat thread to start over, click the eraser icon located just to the left.
