Abstract
In this section we consider the physics in a near-threshold region so that the nonrelativistic limit is appropriate. Furthermore, we assume that the LHC is relatively weak and/or far away. In the later case the LHC admits a Taylor expansion in the region of interest and their effects can be accounted for without explicitly including it. For the former case we assume that it can be neglected in good approximation because of its weakness.
