Advances in Bridge Engineering (ABE) aims to form an international platform for the academic and technical communication on the timely progress in bridge engineering. It is also a significant place to share the latest achievements in bridge engineering between China and the world. It runs in the standard model of open access and sponsored by Southwest Jiaotong University in China. The articles can be obtained freely on the internet by readers from all over the world. And the authors own the copyright of the articles without payment. ABE is a peer reviewed international journal with a strict single-blind peer review process. It publishes papers about the original innovation on academic research, technical development, and case studies about all the aspects in bridge engineering, especially about interdisciplinary studies and the specifically application in major projects.
