2026.01.24 | Groomer: Jasmine Hollywood Pet Center (HPC) is officially our one and only grooming service from now on! We hadn’t taken our 11-year-old Shorkie, Bozley, to a groomer in over four years due to a traumatic past experience elsewhere. From the initial quote to pickup, the customer service was exceptional. HPC isn’t just a grooming salon — it’s a true pet spa. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The salon is open, bright, spotless, and beautifully organized — it even smells like a spa. Their state-of-the-art equipment and calm environment immediately put us at ease. Bozley’s reaction at pickup said everything. He was smiling, tail wagging, and completely relaxed. It was clear he felt safe and cared for. Jasmine kept us updated with photos throughout his visit, which gave us so much reassurance. He was even calm and happy in her arms at drop-off! His groom was completed in about an hour, which was wonderful, and their pricing is very reasonable compared to others in the area. We’re so grateful to have found Hollywood Pet Center. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This place is awesome. I have been bringing my 6 month old Shihpoo for the past couple of months and the care that she has received is beyond compare. I research A LOT to make sure my pet is in the best care and after weeks of searching, I found this place. It's cage free, and the appointment you schedule is for your pet only. They are so patient with her with lots of loves, kisses, treats, and all about positive reinforcement - which teaches your pet to love grooming! Before my puppy was fully vaccinated, they took extra care with her grooming (speak to your vet for the OK) and got the first appointment of the morning, before other pets arrived, and everything was sanitized (like they always do). At the end, they give her more treats and a cute little feather! [Edit] Had to add a pic of her most recent grooming appointment. She is now 2 and still loving it here. This place is so good, I drive all the way from DTLA.

“I want to say that Jasmin and Zorro did a wonderful job grooming my dog. I really love the salon because they don’t keep the dogs in cages, and the dogs don’t have to wait too long. The dogs are happy, and they do a great job. I’m really happy with it, and I’ll definitely come back. I’ve been to many salons before and always left disappointed, but here I’m happy, and I’ll keep coming back.”
