I had stick drift on my original PS5 controller and found OG Repairs was local and was going to get the hall effect upgrade, but the engineer (nice guy!) who came out to meet me said TMR was a better and only slightly more expensive so I got that instead. Prices are pretty reasonable and it took about 1 day for the turnaround which made it in time for the Xmas holidays!
What a fantastic service and experience at OG Repairs, this morning. My controller had stick drift beyond a simple software fix, and thankfully I didnât have to look far to find such a highly rated repair service in London; one that handles both stick drift repairs and TMR stick upgrades. Kay was an absolute gentleman, generous with his time, happy to answer questions, and thorough in explaining the process from start to finish. I was kept updated via email and text, which I really appreciated. The whole thing was so quick that my coffee was barely finished before I was handed back a flawlessly working, upgraded controller. OG Repairs went above and beyond, sharing detailed images and videos of the repair process; a rare level of transparency these days. I canât recommend them highly enough, if only every London repair shop ran this tight a ship... Thanks, Kay!
This company went above and beyond with my controller and fitting TMR into it. They even went out the way to phone me to help me calibrate the joysticks, delivery was good, standard 48 hour wait time with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, I do have one slight issue and that was how my controller was packed back into the box, it looked like it was just thrown back in. I even put bubble wrap around the controller when I sent it off but they just placed it and left it how it was. Free to rattle around in the box. But overall controller works fantastic and the customer service was incredible, I'm super impressed. Sending my console next time for a clean and new Liquid Metal but better. OGRepairs is an 10/10 from me!
