SBNDC: Is dedicated to the promotion, and the general welfare and economic development, of low-income persons, families, and groups, residing in the South Berkeley area.

SBNDC was founded due to the lack of resources available for low-income South Berkeley residents. South Berkeley has been a pioneer for championing initiatives on the behalf of African-Americans.

Our goal is to be the future technology, housing, and education hub for the historically underserved African American community in South Berkeley.
