Theo is extremely reliable and well informed. Not for him the boot-camp ‘no pain no gain’ nonsense: he’s persistent, challenging and unusually for a PT both imaginative and kind. My stamina is so much better, and the many aches and pains that had bothered me since turning fifty have vanished. I’m a psychotherapist and would recommend him to anyone who wants to feel and think better.

I watched my partner work with Theo and get fitter than he’s ever been, so i started training twice a week. I’ve never been sporty but Theo’s well-informed, friendly, reliable approach has transformed my fitness: i feel so much more healthy and resilient!

Theo is a fantastic trainer if you want to get fit fast. I was going on a Skiing holiday with my extremely athletic sons and I needed to up my game. I also like exercising outdoors and due to work, I need to train very early in the morning. He is a very good, very focused trainer who really knows his stuff and I more than met my goals. He is also an extremely bright young man as well as warm and friendly so I enjoyed the time we spent together. My dog also really like him. If training is fun as well as hard work you are more likely to stick with it and get the results you want. Theo is a great personal trainer as he understands your motivations and works with you as an individual.
