Towels: to get fresh towels drop on floor

Air Conditioner: close shower door & all window louvers to keep cool air in; turn the A/C remote control ON; do not set the unit cooler / lower than 20 degrees C; turn A/C & Fan OFF when not in villa.

Swimming Pool Towels: Pick up at Front Desk

Showers: we have eco-friendly water heaters. These are only able to hold 3-5 gallons of hot water at once. Guests should allow at least a 5-minute interval between showers for reheating.

Iron/Steamer: Dial #301 for the Front Desk and request a Ranger to deliver a steamer to your room. TAP BELOW for video instructions on how to use the steamer.

Laundry service (wash & fold): is available at the rate of USD $25.00 + 15%VAT per load. You place your dirty clothes in a bag (available from the Front Desk) & fill out a short request form. Your clothes will then be returned within 24 hours.

Currency: Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC) & a limited amount of USD may be available with advanced notice via our Reception Desk. Please enquire about rate information and avaialble amounts. 5% service charge will be applied if using credit card.

Departure Tax for Ferry Travel Only: Adults 12 years & older each pay $33 US Dollars / 86 EC Dollars / Approx 35 Euros (Euro bills only/ no small change) Children BELOW 12 years each pay $10 US / $27 EC / Approx 11 Euros PAYABALE VIA CASH
