Toyota of Rockwall has a very friendly staff! They are very accommodating and the service is always quick! I never wait a long time for any service and I always enjoy the coffee or hot chocolate while I wait in the massage chair! :)

I had a wonderful experience with the service department at Toyota of Rockwall. I had some preventative maintenance suggested for my car with over 100k miles. The service rep, Carl, diligently answered every question and concern even after the maintenance was complete. He was always kind, professional, and courteous. He even provided shuttle service to and from the center. The service was done in a very timely manner and my car drives so smoothly now. The entire process from start to finish was completed seamlessly. I am so thankful for their help and expertise, especially Carl!

We did not have a great experience with the sales department so we bought our new Highlander at a different dealer. However, since we don't live near ANY Toyota dealership, this is the closest, we thought we would give their service department a try.  Doug was extremely helpful and very courteous. He listened to all of our issues and concerns and explained what he was going to do and about how long it would take. He was spot on with everything he told us and, HE WAS COURTEOUS! You'd think that would be "Service Department 101" for every dealership but it clearly isn't. We will be back to see Doug should we need any Service anytime in the future. By the way, the Toyota Highlander is our first Toyota ownership experience and we absolutely love this vehicle!

I brought my Prius 2026 Nightshade here with the help of the great Mason in September of 2025. Please read this review because I was a first time buyer and I went to over 7 dealerships! And I decide to buy from here because the attention was top notch and they didn’t try to elevate the prices as other companies. Mason since the first time he understood my situation as a new guy in the car world, when he saw me undecided about a car he asked me “what is the car that you really want?” And told him that I thought that the Prius Nightshade was nice, he then order one so I can see the car the next week and rest is history!

My service rep met me at my car like the place in Dallas 😆 He asked questions, explained everything taking place that day. The service was fast, friendly and I even got a complimentary wash, today. That was unexpected and appreciated!

Peep the massage chair on the other side of the truck… they have multiple over there. I don’t use them but I know people do like those!!

From where I was sitting and I could hear the salesman talking to a family about this pretty cool Tundra. He  was extremely helpful answering all of their questions. It looked like a great experience for them, as well.
