Adding wei_env library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add wei-env

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

wei-env = "0.2.13"

The wei_env library will be automatically available globally. Read the wei_env library documentation.
