Adding wz_utf16 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add wz-utf16

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

wz-utf16 = "1.0.2"

The wz_utf16 library will be automatically available globally. Read the wz_utf16 library documentation.
