Adding xs_h3 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add xs_h3

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

xs_h3 = "0.2.0"

The xs_h3 library will be automatically available globally. Read the xs_h3 library documentation.
