Adding aes_prng library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add aes-prng

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

aes-prng = "0.2.2"

The aes_prng library will be automatically available globally. Read the aes_prng library documentation.
