Adding `dashu_int` library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add dashu-int

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

dashu-int = "0.4.1"

The dashu_int library will be automatically available globally. Read the dashu_int library documentation.

The majority of the code is based on the ibig crate. The modification notice based on the the original ibig repo is included in the NOTICE file.

Supports no_std and written in pure Rust.
