Adding drand_core library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add drand_core

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

drand_core = "0.0.16"

The drand_core library will be automatically available globally. Read the drand_core library documentation.
