Adding emit_otlp library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add emit_otlp

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

emit_otlp = "1.16.0"

The emit_otlp library will be automatically available globally. Read the emit_otlp library documentation.
