Adding freezeout_eval library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add freezeout-eval

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

freezeout-eval = "0.2.1"

The freezeout_eval library will be automatically available globally. Read the freezeout_eval library documentation.
