Adding rusoto_waf library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add mz_rusoto_waf

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

mz_rusoto_waf = "0.46.0"

The rusoto_waf library will be automatically available globally. Read the rusoto_waf library documentation.
