Adding ohos_sys library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add ohos-sys

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

ohos-sys = "0.8.6"

The ohos_sys library will be automatically available globally. Read the ohos_sys library documentation.
