Adding owa4x library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add owa4x

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

owa4x = "0.4.15"

The owa4x library will be automatically available globally. Read the owa4x library documentation.
