Adding p3_mds library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add p3-mds

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

p3-mds = "0.4.2"

The p3_mds library will be automatically available globally. Read the p3_mds library documentation.
