Adding partiql_common library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add partiql-common

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

partiql-common = "0.14.0"

The partiql_common library will be automatically available globally. Read the partiql_common library documentation.
