Adding plow_linter library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add plow_linter

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

plow_linter = "0.2.9"

The plow_linter library will be automatically available globally. Read the plow_linter library documentation.
