Adding pravega_wire_protocol library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add pravega-wire-protocol

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

pravega-wire-protocol = "0.3.7"

The pravega_wire_protocol library will be automatically available globally. Read the pravega_wire_protocol library documentation.
