Adding qa_spec library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add qa-spec

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

qa-spec = "0.4.2"

The qa_spec library will be automatically available globally. Read the qa_spec library documentation.
