Adding rand_utf8 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add rand-utf8

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

rand-utf8 = "0.0.2"

The rand_utf8 library will be automatically available globally. Read the rand_utf8 library documentation.
