Adding rnnoise_c library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add rnnoise-c

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

rnnoise-c = "0.2.1"

The rnnoise_c library will be automatically available globally. Read the rnnoise_c library documentation.
