Adding sec1 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add sec1

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

sec1 = "0.8.0-rc.11"

The sec1 library will be automatically available globally. Read the sec1 library documentation.
