Adding serde_xml library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add serde_xml

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

serde_xml = "0.9.1"

The serde_xml library will be automatically available globally. Read the serde_xml library documentation.
