Adding std_mel library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add std-mel

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

std-mel = "0.9.2"

The std_mel library will be automatically available globally. Read the std_mel library documentation.
