Re-enable features that are normally disabled while playing with mods. It re-enables the following features

• Achievements,
• New bones files (new wands for Ghosts/Apparitions)
• 'The Gods Are Afraid' message and corresponding achievement
• 'The Gods are very curious' message
• Two Secrets I don't want to spoil :^)

These features I don't think get re-enabled:

• Intro sequence
• Gameplay records
• Win streaks
