As of January 1, 2025, ProConnect requires purchase of a separate, single user access license (“User Access”) in order to e-file and print tax returns, and to access other features, including reporting, support, IRS transcripts, Intuit Link, Intuit Tax Advisor, and K-1 delivery. Each User Access license is for a single user log-in and only provides access for the purchased calendar year (e.g., January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025). When you buy ten or more returns, you can lock in your tax year 2025 per-return rate for any additional returns you buy for the remainder of the season. After your initial purchase of tax returns, you can later buy additional returns at the same per-return price—no minimum return requirements for later purchases.
