Working on the Karmayogi Bharat project as a Senior Design Engineer, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with a great team of supportive colleagues. The 4-week Tarento Hackathon – TRON Agentic AI – is officially underway! Kicking off on 13th December, this year’s edition brings together 32 teams and 112 participants working across 6 powerful themes: ▶️ HR & Finance Automation ▶️Software Development & DevOps ▶️Enterprise & Integration ▶️Customer Support / CX ▶️Sales & Delivery ▶️Personal & Productivity Strategy Each challenge area explores how agentic AI can reshape workflows, accelerate decision-making, and unlock smarter, more adaptive systems.   Our SVP - Innovation and Initiatives, Jinesh Sumedhan, opened the event with a clear and inspiring overview of the hackathon’s vision, goals, and structure, setting the tone for the sprint ahead.   Our MD Vijay SP also joined the session to encourage the participants as they begin their innovation journey.   A big thank you to the NXT team for leading the initiative and to our HR team for supporting the event end-to-end.   Day 1 brought incredible energy, and it’s only the beginning.   At Tarento Group, programs like this strengthen our culture of exploration and innovation, helping us to maintain our competitive edge, convert insights into usable solutions, and deliver innovation that creates real value, ultimately empowering our clients and communities with meaningful innovation.   Here’s to 4 weeks of creativity, experimentation, and breakthrough thinking.
