We have also received confirmation from customers that normal functionality has been restored. We will continue to monitor the platform to ensure sustained reliability.

Update - We continue to monitor system performance and will provide updates as we learn more. We have deployed a fix, and video transcoding is operating as expected for new uploads. Some videos uploaded during the incident may still require transcoding. In these instances, uploading the same video as a new version in the existing video may self-correct. Our teams will further investigate this beginning of next week and may contact affected customers as needed.

As a result, the permanent fix will be deployed first, followed by a back-population script to restore previously affected data.
