drug_response_curve.py includes all auxiliary functions for dose response curve fitting, visualization, and data processing.

preprocess_response_data_ph1.py preprocesses data file before fitting dose response curves.

analyze_data.py fits dose response curves to drug screening data

analyze_control_and_abnormal_patterns.py performs quality control
