Feature Description

If you are part of a lot of organizations in Gitea, it is really hard to find the correct one when creating or migrating a repository.

It would be a huge UI/UX improvement if the Owners dropdown had a Search field to easily filter organizations you are part of to easily find the one you are looking for.
