I have just discovered that the entities provided by the uptime_kuma integration have doubled, with a new one for each. the old entities are now apparently obsolete with the new ones taking over.

This is quite impractical, now theres orphaned entities and the stream of data interrupted. Is there any chance to get this fixed?
