it looks like more and more people are using PyWorker but its config behavior is not fully aligned with the rest of the PyScript features, see #2403

We should consider strings as config and try to resolve these as either JSON or TOML when that's the case, before trying to bootstrap such config.

I am not entirely sure it's PyScript or Polyscript to blame here, so this issue is to have better visibility for this specific bug.
