When building a 64-bit Delphi application with Vulkan enabled, it does not work properly on version 1.1.7. There are many rendering issues, such as problems with loading images, drawing shapes, and even button styles. However, it works correctly on version 1.3. Is there a way to detect which Vulkan version is installed on Windows, and to programmatically disable or enable Vulkan before the application starts?
