Running from a Docker container so anyone can reproduce it:

Why is it failing?

It looks like this is due to the lnav dist being set to "el/8", but Rocky is "el/9". I manually edited the repo config to make it "el/8" and then it worked. I'll update the release workflow to add "el/9"

I wouldn't mind terribly if el/10 was added as well. 0.13.2 is already in EPEL it seems, but only 10.2 for now
