Why Claude specifically? We're evaluating multiple models.
I lead with Claude because its technical tools are the strongest right now: Claude Code, MCP (Model Context Protocol), extended thinking. But most of what I build transfers. Prompt design, eval frameworks, training, rollout plans. None of it is locked to one vendor.

How is this different from reading the docs?
The docs tell you what Claude can do. I tell you what it should do for you. Then I set it up and train your team on it.

Why not just hire an AI engineer?
One hire gets you one person's knowledge. I build the system that makes your whole team productive: the configurations, the training, the workflows. Your new AI engineer still needs to figure out how to spread what they know. That is the problem I have already solved.

What does an engagement cost?
I quote flat project fees after a scoping conversation. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Advisory sessions start at the 1-hour consultation. Premium build work is scoped per project. The intro call is free and there is no obligation to continue.

Do you work remotely or in person?
Primarily remote. In-person available for extended engagements (client covers travel).
