ISSI: Isochrone splitting for symplectic integrators
IsochroneSymplecticIntegrator_QuickExample, written in Fortran, demonstrates how isochrone splitting can be applied within hierarchical symplectic integrators. As an illustrative example, the program integrates the trajectory of a test particle in a Plummer potential using a Leapfrog scheme combined with isochrone splitting. IsochroneSymplecticIntegrator_QuickExample can be easily adapted to other potentials and integrators.
