CKS-Cool assembles and analyzes a Kepler planet-host sample for occurrence rate studies, starting from target list construction and proceeding through to final science-ready catalogs. It combines CKS-Gaia products, DR25 posterior samples, and Gaia-based quantities, then runs external isoclassify workflows in multiple modes to derive homogeneous stellar properties from spectroscopic inputs. The software builds isochrone-based stellar parameter tables, merges in external spectroscopic catalogs, and applies a defined set of quality and completeness cuts to produce vetted stellar and planetary samples. It also computes occurrence-related diagnostics, runs “gap fitting” analyses, and generates figures, tables, validation outputs, and CSV files for downstream occurrence and population analyses.
