ERP is the medium.

I've been taking things apart and figuring out how they work since I was a kid — that curiosity is what led me into technology, and it's what keeps me sharp in enterprise ERP today. What started as teaching myself to build programs on a first PC turned into a career delivering complex Dynamics 365 implementations for organizations that depend on their systems running right.

My perspective on ERP is simple: most implementations don't fail because of bad software — they fail because of poor process design, unclear ownership, and underestimated change management. My job is to close that gap. Whether I'm architecting a solution, managing a go-live, or keeping a live environment stable, I focus on outcomes over outputs.

Outside of work I'm an all-around tech enthusiast — always digging into what's new, what's changing, and what's worth paying attention to. That habit of staying curious is what got me here, and it's not slowing down.
